But it’s not just about the inability to fall asleep, it’s just as much about keeping your natural, biological inner body rhythm in balance.
The very same inner clock that is responsible for your health, wellbeing, sleep, and much more. Sleep is one of the most basic human functions, and the consequences of an imbalanced sleep system are severe. But most of us don’t know the real root of the problem, and in turn we try to better ourselves in all the wrong ways.
In fact, there are so many things we do that we think are good for us, but in reality we’re just feeding the monster.

It’s really no wonder we’ve had to resort to pills and medications of all sorts in order to lead what only can be called a semi-normal life.
